Renewal Delay results in Pro-Rated Premium
Notice sent to employers because Horizon experienced issues delivering January renewals. As a result, Horizon is providing affected groups with a pro-rated invoice for January, with the prior rated charged for the amount of days delayed.

Incorrect PPO rates billed for some 2012 PPO clients
Horizon did not bill the correct renewal rates for some groups with PPO plans, rather the 2011-12 rate. Horizon will honor the incorrectly billed 2011-12 rate through 1/1/13 per DOBi regulations, and beginning billing correctly on the 1/2013 invoice.
