Electronic Invoice Update - Retro Effective Activity
CBC is informing groups via email who receive an electronic invoice that effective with their 8/1/12 invoice, they will see a new field titled "retro effective date", which will detail the amount due for retroactive enrollment changes.

Consumer Transparency Tools
Effective July 1, 2012, Rate Your Doc is now available to CBC members through member portal. This allows members to access their physician's capabilities and practice, providing members a platform to review ratings from other patients.
