HHS Announces Proposed Rule for Exchanges
Cigna branded release regarding new rules proposed on July 11th, whcih provide some clarity on what the requirements will be for states and Exchanges, as well as carriers who wish to participate in the Exchange. Finalized rules are expected mid-2012.
