Reminder: Distribution of 1095 tax forms

Coverage of contraceptives for employees of non-profit religious organizations
In 2012, government determined certain non-profit religious groups could delay the implementation of the ACA law which requires contraceptive coverage. The delay is called "safe harbor". These groups must advise IBC 10 days prior to 2014 renewal.

Important information regarding OOP Max provision of ACA for 50+ employers
As of 1/1/14, all plans must comply with OOP provision, even for employers with 50+ employees. Many IBC 50+ plans do not meet the mandate. The renewal will be based on current non-compliant plan & we must request renewal with compliant benefit.
