Individual Mandate Upheld as Constitutional
Cigna releases their update regarding the landmark 5-4 ruling on PPACA, stating the individual mandate is within the power of Congress to impose as its a tax (at its core). Without this mandate, the other aspects of PPACA could not be funded.

IRS Issues Notice on FSA $2500 Limit
On May 30, the IRS issued a notice on the new $2500 limit on FSAs, clarifying that this provision of PPACA applies to plans beginning or renewing after 12/31/12. This is a plan limit limit and is per FSA, not per household.
