Network Expands to 98,500 Dentists
Effective 1/1/13, UCCI has combined networks with Assurant to provide your clients with more dentists. For new business only, small group 2-50, all plans will have the Alliance network, for 50+ groups can be quoted as Advantage or Alliance network.

Kids are covered, but what about Adults?
UCCI touches on the HCR mandate that pediatric dental services are covered by medical insurance, definitely within the Exchange plans, most likely on plans outside the Exchange; but what about the adults? Will parents drop standalone dental coverage?

Quicker Installation with no Binder Checks
Effective May 1, 2012, binder checks are no longer required for new group installation. This will speed up the installation process, however, be advised UCCI will hold claim payments until the first month's premium has been paid.

Annual Maximum Rollover now available
Annual maximum rollover is now available for your UCCI clients. Members can roll over $300 of their unused benefit dollars to the next plan year if they get a dental exam and use less than 50% of their annual max.

UCCI Dental now offers Vision!
UCVision, vision coverage from UCCI, is now available an can be added as a rider to any of their PPO dental plans. For IBC clients, this plan would be in addition to any bundled vision plan they have with IBC.
