Aetna will have a 3 for 1 contest for first quarter 2012, where for every 3 cases you sell, you may earn commission on an existing direct Aetna case of equal or less size as the largest of the 3 cases. Direct cases are otherwise non-commissionable.

Aetna to change commission structure to PEPM effective January 2012
Effective 1/1/12, for their Northeastern, Central and Western regions, Aetna will change to a $24 PEPM commission structure (new and retention). This does not affect the 10-county Southeastern region, which will remain 5.5% new and 5.1% retention.
