Billing & Collection Agreement (300+ size)
This agreement will be required for groups with 300+ enrolled lives. As of 1/1/13 renewals, IBC will no longer include commission as part of their premium. Rather they will collect a service fee for the broker, for which this agreement is required.

Medicare Commission Schedule (GROUP)
In 2011 IBC began to pay a monthly commission for Group Medicare plans (HMO 65, PC 65, Medigap, and PDP). You must be certified prior to sale in order to receive commission, and rates card stating who is selling agent.
